Are these physical products?
No. Paper & Proof products are digital downloads. You can print or use them yourself after purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once files are delivered or downloaded. If you cannot access your files, receive the wrong product, or believe a product is faulty or materially different from its description, contact support for review. This does not limit any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Does the product update form save my email?
Yes. Product update signups are handled by MailerLite. Your selected interests are stored with your email signup, and you can unsubscribe from product update emails at any time.
Where will checkout happen?
Live products use Gumroad checkout in a new tab. Products that are not live yet still link to the product updates form until their Gumroad pages are ready.
Are the finance guides and property tools financial advice?
No. They provide general financial information, educational tools and templates only. They do not replace professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Can I use the printable art commercially?
No. Printable art is for personal use only unless a commercial licence is explicitly offered on the relevant product page.
What formats will be included?
It depends on the product. Printable art will include common print ratios; templates and spreadsheets will include editable or downloadable formats where appropriate.
