This policy applies to people who visit Paper & Proof, join launch updates, buy digital products when checkout goes live, or contact Paper & Proof directly.

2. Information collected now

The launch update form asks for an email address, selected interests and marketing consent. Signups are submitted to MailerLite through a signup endpoint that temporarily uses request details such as IP address to limit spam and abuse. Paper & Proof uses MailerLite to send launch updates and manage unsubscribes. This site does not include analytics scripts.

3. Information collected after launch

When checkout is connected, this policy should be updated with the relevant payment and download providers. The additional information collected may include:

  • Your email address and selected interests if you join the launch list.
  • Your name, email address, order details and payment status when you buy a digital product.
  • Messages and contact details you provide when you email Paper & Proof for support.

4. How information is used

Personal information is used to send launch updates you requested, deliver digital products, respond to support or licensing questions, manage purchases and improve the store experience.

5. Third-party services

When products go live, checkout and downloads are expected to be handled by Gumroad or another checkout provider. Email updates are handled by MailerLite. These services process information under their own privacy terms, and this page should link to those terms before launch.

6. Cookies and analytics

This static site does not currently set marketing cookies or load analytics tools. If analytics, advertising pixels or cookie-based tools are added, this policy should be updated before they go live.
