The toolkit
These products are education and templates only. They do not replace professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Property tools update
On 12 May 2026, the Australian Government announced proposed changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax from 1 July 2027. The property guides are being held until the legislation has passed through both houses of Parliament and there is enough certainty around the final rules. Once the position is official, the revised guides will be updated and released for sale.
The release timing depends on the bill passing Parliament and official guidance confirming the final position.
