These terms explain how Paper & Proof products, previews and digital downloads may be used. Product-specific licence notes may add more detail when checkout links go live.

1. About this website

Paper & Proof is a digital store in progress. This website currently previews practical tools, templates and printable art. Gumroad checkout links and final product pages will be added as products go live.

2. Digital products

Paper & Proof products are supplied as digital downloads. Once checkout is live, the relevant product page or receipt will explain what files are included, how the download is delivered and any product-specific usage notes.

3. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, Paper & Proof products are sold for personal use by the purchaser. You may download, print and edit the files for your own use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, share or upload the files as your own product.
  • You may not use printable art, templates or source files in a commercial product unless a commercial licence is clearly offered.
  • You may not remove Paper & Proof branding from files where the branding is part of the supplied product or licence notice.

4. Educational tools and no professional advice

Property, finance and career products are general educational tools and templates only. They do not replace professional financial, legal, tax, investment, career or other advice. You are responsible for checking whether a product suits your situation before relying on it.

5. Refunds and consumer guarantees

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once a product has been delivered or downloaded. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that apply to digital products.

  • If you cannot access your files, contact support so the download can be checked or resent.
  • If you receive the wrong product, or believe a file is faulty or materially different from its description, contact support for review.
  • If a refund is approved, access to download links may be removed where the checkout or delivery platform allows it.

6. Website accuracy and availability

Product previews, launch notes, pricing and included files may change before release. Paper & Proof aims to keep the site accurate, but does not promise that every preview or page will always be complete, current or error-free.
